We're looking for a founding engineer to join us as CTO and shape the technical foundation of a platform that genuinely serves human growth. This isn't just another AI startup. What you'll do
- Lead technical architecture and engineering decisions from day one
- Build and scale our core platform - currently in alpha with active users
- Design zero to one systems that balance speed, reliability, and security
- Work directly with the CEO to define product vision and technical strategy
- Hire and build the engineering team as we scale
- Own the full stack - from infrastructure to user experience

- Litica Alpha v0.1 - Live platform with active users
- Core personal AI companion functionality
- Foundation for emotional analytics and personalization
- Initial infrastructure and deployment pipeline
What's next
- Ship Litica v1.0 with enhanced features and stability
- Scale backend infrastructure to support rapid growth
- Build our emotional analytics engine for deeper personalization
- Support feature requests and bug fixes on call
- Prepare for YC application and fundraising
What we're looking for
- Technical background with experience building scalable, production systems
- Deep experience with AI/ML technologies, personalization, and RAG systems
- Ability to move fast while maintaining high code quality and security standards
- Experience with building apps from scratch
- Genuine passion for what we're building and willingness to commit fully to the mission
